Update for License Key Request Application

1. The license key request application for SAP BusinessObjects products has been enhanced by information messages for:

Test & Development Licenses
Installation numbers not linked to contract
Conversion needed

2. New function available to create system ID for non-SAP technology based solutions without requesting a license key:

With this function customers are able to create systems without a license key for all applications based on non-SAP NetWeaver technology (e.g. Microsoft .net based applications/acquired applications which are not fully converted to SAP NetWeaver) with the exception of SAP BusinessObjects applications.

A list of appropriate and designated applications will be shown in the create process of this tool.
