My SAP local currency is in THB. I have maintained foreign currency exchange rate like USD to THB, SGD to THB.
First question is do I need to maintain the exchange rate in the other way round (like THB to USD)?
Secondly, if my vendor bill me is foreign currency USD, and I pay in foreign curr SGD, do I need to maintain the exchange rate from SGD to USD in SAP?

Foreign currency valutaion
The Foreign currency valutaion question is
My client has standard settings for foreign currency valutaion. that is one account for Gain & loss and one B/L sheet account. However they want to separate accounts for realised Gain/Loss and unrealised gain/Loss. That is they want diferrent accounts depending on realised and unrealised gain/loss.
I am not sure that this can be done and if yes please could you mention the config. in detail (Patel71, SDN.SAP.com)
This can be done. Go to transaction OBA1, double-click on KDF, enter your Chart of Accounts, and double-click on a GL account. The accounts under ‘Exchange rate difference realized’ section are for realized exch. rate differences. The ones under ‘Valuation’ section are for unrealized exch. rate differences. Deferred Tax (SAP)
The Revenue Department has decreed that when you sell or buy services, a tax invoice may only be issued after the invoice has been paid. Until the tax invoice is issued (or received), any value-added tax (VAT) must be recorded in the general ledger as deferred tax.
Once the tax invoice is available, you transfer the tax to a regular VAT account in SAP. This procedure requires special handling in the system.
Activities
Create tax codes for deferred tax in Customizing for Financial Accounting, by choosing Financial Accounting Global Settings > Tax on Sales/Purchases > Calculation > Define Tax Codes for Sales and Purchases.

Asset Transfer/ Disposal Process
This refers to the SAP process of transferring and disposing fixed assets.
Full asset transfer is typically necessitated when an asset was initially capitalized in the wrong asset class. Asset master in the correct asset class should first be created and thereafter the values will be transferred via the transfer within company code function in the Fixed Assets module.
A common reason for partial transfer is where multiple quantities of assets were capitalized in one asset master and some of the assets are transferred to another cost centre or plant.
